"You have to be willing to want to analyze yourself, and it all starts with wanting to be better or do better, or change" -Jermel Wright

Welcome to Episode 9 of The Sleepless Sessions. On this podcast we explore the lives of those pursuing their passions, dreams, and living unconventional lifestyles

I've known Jermel since high school and had stayed in touch over the years! We got closer post high school, but during high school I would see him in classes from time to time, crushing it on the football field, and always around the area having numerous mutual friends.

This episode was a blast to record! We dove into numerous topics such as growing up in the same school system, sports, leadership, the healthcare field, social issues and change, mental health, podcasting, and so much more!
